Greg Kofford: Founder & CEO

Greg Kofford has over 25 years of experience in global capital markets and is the architect of the Sorbie-Strategy. His experience makes him acutely aware of the ingredients for a successful financial strategy – and he’s used that experience to assist a large number of companies to gain access to capital to help them achieve their vision. Greg leads the team at Sorbie Bornholm.

Andrew Sparke: Managing Director, SB Australia

Andrew has assisted private and public ASX listed companies raise capital across Australia, Asia, Europe and North America. His experience includes capital raisings, corporate transactions, IPO’s and backdoor listings, funds management and listed company compliance. Andrew has extensive listed company experience in the roles of Independent Non-Executive Director, Executive Director and Executive Chairman across a variety of industries.

Whitney Kofford: Managing Director, SB United States

Whitney has ten+ years of experience in entertainment and related creative industries. From business development to financial management, Whitney’s experience gives her a keen understanding of what it takes to build success – with a particular interest in using analytics combined with creativity to achieve growth. Whitney searches for listed companies breaking into new markets, or that find creative ways to serve existing markets, and helps them to understand the value of the Sorbie-Strategy.

Ken Bringhurst: Consulting Tech Analyst

Ken has founded multiple technology ventures – from 3D graphics to consumer games – and has experience in both private and public companies. Ken is currently Executive Chairman of Strata Mixed Reality – helping him to better understand challenges faced by today’s tech leaders.  As Consulting Tech Analyst for Sorbie, Ken helps review listed companies in various technology related markets that could utilize the unique value that the Sorbie-Strategy offers to growing tech firms.
