London, UK –  09 July 2024 – Sorbie Bornholm LP, (“Sorbie”) a UK Investment Fund, is pleased to announce that Tocvan Ventures Corp. (“Tocvan”) (CSE: TOC; OTCQB: TCVNF; WKN: TV3/A2PE64) received almost 23% extra cash from the Sharing Agreement in the most recent monthly settlement without issuing any additional shares.

Tocvan entered into a Sharing Agreement with Sorbie dated 24 April 2024. This Sharing Agreement allows Tocvan to retain much of the economic interest in the Sorbie Subscription Shares. The Sharing Agreement is designed to provide Tocvan with flexibility in continuing to advance Tocvan’s Projects in Mexico while maintaining a constant source of funds covering a portion of Tocvan’s short to medium term cash flow requirements.
